- Delivery is free on every order.
- You pay cash on delivery. No card is needed.
- Our delivery partner calls you to confirm the order before it is sent.
- Our delivery partner does not allow packages to be opened before payment.
Returns
HAWA, SUKOON and the nasal spray are personal hygiene products. For everyone's safety:
- Opened or used products can't be returned or exchanged.
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange it.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
