Choosing a product
Do I need all three products?
No. They are not a set. HAWA is worn in the nose, SUKOON is worn in the mouth, and the spray is used to cleanse the nose. Choose the one that fits what you need, and read its page first.
Are these medical treatments?
No. They are everyday comfort products. They do not treat sleep apnoea, allergies, infections or any other condition. If your snoring is very loud, you stop breathing in your sleep, or you feel very tired during the day, speak to a doctor.
Can I use more than one product at the same time?
Only if both products' instructions say it is fine. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.
Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your order arrives. No card is needed.
Will someone contact me?
Yes. Our delivery partner calls the number you give at checkout to confirm the order before it is sent. Please make sure the number is correct.
Can I open the package before paying?
No. Our delivery partner does not allow packages to be opened before payment. Each product page shows exactly what is in the box, so you know what you are ordering.

Within Lebanon only, for now.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order in Lebanon.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Because these are hygiene products, we can't take back anything that has been opened or used. Unopened items and damaged or wrong deliveries are covered in our delivery & returns page.
